A visionary journey in art and music-based therapy
Founded in 2023 in Huntington Beach, CA, Tigers Eye Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting brain health and enriching the lives of seniors, individuals with cognitive challenges, and those with special needs in our community.
Our name is inspired by the Tiger’s Eye stone. Known for promoting mental clarity, focus, and resilience, the stone reflects the qualities we aim to bring into our programs. Our programs help to stimulate neuroplasticity: the brain’s ability to adapt, rewire, and form new connections. Through different art forms and music-based experiences, we strive to enhance cognitive vitality while encouraging emotional resilience and mental focus.
Rooted in compassion, we provide various activities in non-clinical settings where participants can explore creativity, reduce stress, and build meaningful connections. These outlets not only nurture mental well-being but also help strengthen memory, attention, and problem-solving skills, which are key components of long-term cognitive health.
By blending creative expression with neuroscience-informed practices, we seek to initiate joy, promote social connection and belonging within their communities, and empower every individual to embrace their full potential for a brighter and resilient future.
In 2024, Tigers Eye Project expanded internationally, reaching individuals around the globe with the healing power of art and music based therapy.
